I’ve spent two decades negotiating complex contracts, settling high-stakes claims, and structuring agreements that protect value while unlocking opportunity. Whether leading supplier negotiations, mitigating risk through strategic contracting, or resolving disputes with precision and diplomacy, I bring a seasoned, solutions-oriented mindset to every engagement.

With experience guiding Fortune 500s, private equity firms, and industrial giants through complex insurance landscapes, I specialize in turning uncertainty into strategic opportunity. Whether it’s designing captive insurance structures, negotiating high-stakes claims, or integrating AI platforms to unlock efficiency, my work reflects the Prism ethos: sharp thinking, transparent solutions, and multidimensional value.
My career is built on building bridges—between teams, across industries, and through evolving regulatory frameworks. At the core of it all is a commitment to operational mastery rooted in clarity and a belief that bold transformation begins with informed alignment.
A little about my education: I earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Legal Studies with a focus on Compliance and Legal Risk Management from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona.
